Nefra Rolle brings a wealth of experience in leadership, community building, and holistic education to her role as Director of Eden Creative Arts. With over 15 years of managing diverse projects, Nefra is dedicated to creating an environment where each child’s unique gifts are nurtured. Her extensive background in leadership equips her to develop a curriculum that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and individualized learning, key aspects of Eden’s personalized approach.
As a mother, Nefra is passionate about ensuring that each student receives focused, one-on-one attention, a hallmark of the Eden homeschool pod model. She believes that children thrive in small, nurturing environments where their academic, emotional, and spiritual growth are prioritized. Nefra’s leadership is driven by a vision to provide families with a space where creativity flourishes, and every child feels supported and valued.
Beyond her professional experience, Nefra’s founding of Godtivity, a faith-based wellness brand for mothers who work in creative industries, further underscores her commitment to holistic living and education. At Eden Creative Arts, she ensures that students not only excel academically but also develop strong moral values and emotional resilience, essential for success in life.

CHRIS KAZI ROLLE

Chris Kazi Rolle is a visionary leader and cultural innovator who serves as the Development Director at Eden Creative Arts, driving growth across team development, community building, curriculum design, and campus infrastructure. His focus on empowering individuals through creativity, education, and entrepreneurship has made him a transformative force in building thriving ecosystems that inspire collaboration and innovation.
With over 25 years of experience, Chris brings a dynamic blend of expertise in youth development, curriculum design, and project-based learning. He has created award-winning programs for in-school, after-school, and out-of-school settings, ensuring impactful educational frameworks that resonate with diverse communities. His ability to align strategic vision with practical execution has earned him widespread recognition on both national and international stages.
His inspiring life story and work have been featured on VH1, CNN, CBS, and The Oprah Winfrey Show, as well as the focus of the award-winning documentary film The Hip Hop Project, executive produced by Bruce Willis and Queen Latifah.
Chris’s pioneering work includes co-founding The Hip Hop Project, an arts-education initiative that uses mentorship and Hip Hop to teach life skills and the business of creativity. He also co-founded A.P.E.X., a nonprofit that prepares students for college and organizes transformative tours of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). These endeavors highlight his dedication to reshaping opportunities and driving lasting change.
A sought-after speaker and consultant, Chris has engaged audiences at corporate, community, and collegiate institutions, including Nike, the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA), and Harvard University. Bacilia Prieto
TEACHER
With over 13 years of experience in teaching and administrative roles, Bacilia Prieto is exceptionally well-equipped to serve as a lead teacher at Eden Creative Arts. Her bilingual fluency in Spanish and English enhances her ability to connect with a diverse range of students and parents, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
Bacilia’s 13 years in teaching, paired with her expertise in classroom management and individualized instruction, make her an expert at creating tailored learning experiences that address each student's unique needs.

Jesse Caneda Busadre Jr
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Jesse Caneda Busadre Jr.'s diverse background in civil engineering and the medical field equips him with the precision, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills necessary for his role as Administrative Assistant at Eden Creative Arts.
His technical expertise, developed through hands-on experience in engineering and as an ECG technician, ensures that he brings a methodical and detail-oriented approach to managing school operations. Jesse’s entrepreneurial experience, managing an online store, adds a layer of business acumen that allows him to efficiently handle logistics, communication, and process improvements.
